幼い頃から敏感な気質で、体調や人間関係に悩んでいましたが、東日本大震災後に化学物質と電磁波過敏症を発症。
様々な治療法を試しても改善が見られず、苦しい時期が続きました。

そんな時、FOLと眞空流古武術との出会いで過敏症を克服し、人生が大きく好転。
それまでコンプレックスだった敏感さが強みに変わり、自分らしく生きられるようになりました。
この経験から、2021年にインストラクターとなり、人生を変えるメソッドを広める活動を始めました。

5歳からモダンバレエとスキーを始め、社会人になってからは島めぐりやスキューバダイビングを楽しんでいたアクティブ派。
現在は、古武術の奥深さと面白さに魅了され、エネルギーを感じ取る力を活かしながら活動中。

「全ての人が本来の個性や魅力を輝かせて、自分らしく生きる世界」を目指しています。

Since childhood, she has had sensitive temperament and struggled with her physical condition and relationships, but after the Great East Japan Earthquake, she developed chemical and electromagnetic hypersensitivity. Despite trying various treatments, there was no improvement, and she went through a difficult time. At that time, she encountered FOL and Shinku-ryu Kobujutsu, which helped her overcome her hypersensitivity and her life took a major turn for the better. Her sensitivity, which had been a complex for her until then, turned into a strength, and she was able to live her life the way she wanted to. From this experience, she became an instructor in 2021 and began working to spread her life-changing method. She started modern ballet and skiing at the age of 5, and after becoming a working adult, she enjoyed island hopping and scuba diving. Currently, she is fascinated by the depth and fun of Kobujutsu, and is using her ability to sense energy to her advantage. She aims to create a world where “everyone can live their own way, shining their true individuality and charm.”

眞空流とFOLに出会ったのは2020年の夏。コーチングの仲間に誘われて見学しました。
圧倒的なインパクトのある体験会に参加し、興味を持ち入会。今に至ります。
人は「何のために生きるのか、生きるとは何か」、中学1年生（13歳）の時に、あることが切欠となり、考えるようになりました。そのため学生の頃からブッタのことを学びました。見えない世界、ユリゲラーの世代でもあり、好奇心は旺盛でした。
眞空流とFOLを学び始めると、いろいろなことが解るようになります。

I first encountered Shinku-ryu and FOL in the summer of 2020. I was invited by a fellow coach to visit. I attended a trial session that left an overwhelming impact on me, and became interested and joined. I’ve been here ever since. When I was in the first year of junior high school (13 years old), something triggered me to think about “what do we live for, what does it mean to live?” That’s why I started studying Buddha from my student days. I was also of the generation of Uri Geller, who lived in the invisible world, and I had a strong sense of curiosity. When you start learning Shinku-ryu and FOL, you will understand many things. Difficult mysteries will be solved. You can also have interesting experiences at the Limit Break Meeting. Wouldn’t you like to live a life you have never imagined? I would like to live one. 結婚後、家族に関する様々な問題に悩まされ続けていました。 長引く親の介護、夫婦関係のトラブル、病気がちな長女、不登校から引きこもりになった次女、経済的な問題など、様々な問題に直面していました。
問題解決のため、10年以上にわたりセラピー、ヒーリング、コーチング、スピリチュアルなど様々な方法を試し、ある程度は整ってきたものの、行き詰まりを感じていました。
そんな中、FOLと眞空流古武術に出会い、人生が大きく変わりました。
数ヶ月という短期間で、13年間引きこもりだった次女が人と関われるようになっていき、仕事をするようにまで変わっていったのです。
夫婦関係も改善し、子供とのコミュニケーションも円滑になり、まさに「奇跡」と言えるような体験をしました。
この経験を多くの人と共有し、同じ悩みを抱える方々にこのメッセージを伝えたい、そんな思いから、インストラクターとしての活動を始めました。

After getting married, she continued to be troubled by various problems related to her family. They faced a variety of problems, including prolonged caregiving for their parents, marital problems, an older daughter who was often ill, a younger daughter who became a shut-in after refusing to go to school, and financial problems. For more than 10 years, I tried various methods such as therapy, healing, coaching, and spirituality to solve my problems, and although I had some progress, I felt stuck. During that time, I came across FOL and Shinku-Ryu Kobujutsu, and my life changed dramatically. In just a few short months, my second daughter, who had been a recluse for 13 years, started interacting with people and even started working. My relationship with my husband and wife improved, and communication with my children became smoother, an experience that can truly be described as a ”miracle.” I started working as an instructor because I wanted to share this experience with many people and convey this message to people who are facing the same problems.

Before I knew about FOL, I used to focus too much on the outside world, caring about it and neglecting how I treated myself and my feelings.

I was insensitive to the idea of ‘living my own life.’ It was definitely thanks to FOL that I realized the restrictions binding me, and I repeatedly took actions to break these limits, deciding to fully live my life.

By practicing both Shinku-Ryu Kobujutsu（ancient martial arts） and FOL, I have established a strong inner foundation and cultivated a resilient mindset that remains steadfast in the face of external influences, and now I boldly challenge myself, believing that the possibilities are infinite!

I am eager to pass on these methods to others who are also looking to transform their lives.
